Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and create user personas
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design implementation
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and clients
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process
- Understanding of web and mobile design principles
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and design systems
- Excellent visual design and typography skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience with design tokens and component libraries
- Motion design and micro-interactions
- User research and testing methodologies
- Accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Basic front-end development skills
- Experience with design handoff tools (Zeplin, Avocode)
